When ordering online, our teas are available in cartons:

Individual items are not available online.

To return an item, please ship it back to us within 14 days of your purchase. Be sure to include an e-mail with the shipment explaining the reason for the return, your name, and order number. Additionally, please tell us if you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a refund for the cost of the item.

 

*Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order. If returning tea, please ship in the original box/packaging.

Shipping within South Africa is set at R145 per package. Orders to be shipped outside South Africa will be calculated according to weight, size and delivery destination.
